About Jupiter

 I use an integrated practice drawing from Existential Psychotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to support clients in their growth and healing, alongside a social justice framework to place one's trials and triumphs in context. I focus less on "symptoms" and changing behavior, and more about the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world.

  I graduated from Portland State University with my Master's in Counseling Education and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon (License number C7400). I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA2S+ clients, clients healing from developmental & relational trauma, and supporting late-realized autistic clients. I consider "trauma" to include not only personal wounds, but also systemic violence and intergenerational patterns of harm. I orient my practice around principles of trauma-informed care, health at every size, queer liberation, trans empowerment, anti-racist solidarity, and disability justice.
